For Design Exchange's Expo for Design, Innovation & Technology festival, Tokyo Smoke developed an elevated head shop and coffee bar at the festival venue. Activating in an abandoned factory with no running water and limited power was no small feat. We partnered with architecture firm PARTISANS to design the shop and tapped London-based artist Meaghan Way to design and execute a 30ft mural. Over the course of 12 days, we served over 7K and introduced the brand to over 100K potential customers while positioning Tokyo Smoke alongside aspirational brands such as Tesla and some of the worlds' most brilliant design thinkers.
